Patch Notes for version 2.02
This patch is a large collection of bug fixes, stability updates and balance adjustments. A few
new additions were added into the game as well per player feedback.

- New: A command called whois has been added in. Lets you view information about your fellow players

- Adjustment: Rogues now have stealth arts which boosts their various damage skills.
- Adjustment: Combat Arts and Martial Arts have had their damage formulas rewritten
- Adjustment: Skill and spell damage from higher level mobs should be a bit more consistent
- Adjustment: Skill/spell cooldown messages will now show second or seconds depending on how much time is left.
- Bug Fix: Resolved an issue with woodcraft having a very low success rate
- Adjustment: The WANTED status in the who list will now always appear before any other flags.
- Adjustment: You can now only set your wimpy to a maximum of 20% of your max health.
- Adjustment: Changing your class will now auto set your wimpy to 10% of your hp.
